FJR are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Non-Household Water Efficiency Plumber. This is a national role (with home based around Oldham, Rochdale, Halifax or Huddersfield).

Non-Household Water Efficiency Plumber role:
- You will visit commercial and domestic customers to assess water usage, install water-saving devices, repair leaking toilets, fit or replace urinal controls, and carry out minor plumbing repairs. Using a bespoke app, you’ll accurately record visit data and provide practical water-efficiency advice to customers. This is a national role supporting customers across the UK, helping to reduce water wastage and improve sustainability.
Non-Household Water Efficiency Plumber responsibilities:
- Conduct water-efficiency surveys at commercial and non-household properties.
- Assess plumbing fixtures and install appropriate water-saving devices.
- Diagnose and repair leaking toilets and install urinal controls.
- Measure flow rates, take meter readings and identify potential leaks.
- Accurately record survey and installation data using a bespoke mobile app.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide clear feedback on completed work.
Non-Household Water Efficiency Plumber requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good standard of Maths and English.
- National Water Hygiene “Blue Card” preferred (training can be provided).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Able to work independently, manage workloads effectively and maintain accurate records.
